Skills and Competencies
Proven track record of 8+ years experience in financial software implementations within banks, software vendors, consulting firms or system integrators
Strong functional understanding of financial instruments within the banking or insurance industries
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL and .Net with strong hands-on technical capability
Experience with programming languages such as C# and R, with additional exposure to IIS, Web API and MVC considered desirable
Ability to gather and translate business requirements through client workshops and gap analysis
Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to build relationships and provide clear, consultative recommendations
Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including Delivery, Product Management and Technology
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
Undergraduate degree in finance, banking, computer science or a related field required
Graduate degree such as a Master’s or MBA preferred
Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end implementation projects for commercial lending software solutions, ensuring successful client outcomes and high-quality service delivery
Lead implementation projects including software installation, configuration, data mapping, testing and client training
Conduct gap analysis and gather business requirements through consultative client workshops
Advise clients on optimal product design and configuration to meet business and lending process needs
Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, project hours and risks using appropriate tracking tools
Collaborate with Product Management teams on enhancement requests, defects and product improvements
Support partners in project delivery under the Partner Delivery Framework, including effort estimation and technical guidance
Deliver SaaS Premium Services through configuration support, integration guidance and minor enhancements
Provide enhanced error support by managing priority incidents in a follow-the-sun model, including occasional weekend support

The team operates within the commercial lending space, delivering software solutions that enable financial institutions to process, assess, approve and monitor lending transactions. Based in London and supporting clients across Europe and Africa, the team works closely with clients and partners to implement innovative solutions and drive business impact.
