Associate Director & Lead- Digital, Data & Analytics
ABOUT THE JOB:
Process Steward for L3 Next brand engagement plan for key brands for setting vision, strategy, differentiation, and direction to be aligned with business objective and go-to-market strategy which is aligned with respective Business Units
Process Steward for Market Research & insights function for the affiliate by Setting up and drive insights backed behaviour change in TA (Therapy Area) marketing teams including insights, marketing testing, patient focus/support, retail engagement, digital alignment & training
Collaborate to aid growth marketing strategy to drive the company's key performance metrics including pipeline, revenue, net retention, upsell, and growth targets.
Support marketing teams to Build brand awareness, including positioning. Enhance brand equity against competitions.
Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies in line with BU plans, all on and off-line activities to deliver high performance marketing initiatives and outcomes.
Collaborate with product teams, front line sales operation teams and other marketing teams to define and lead growth initiatives that drive acquisition, retention, expansion, and referrals in each segment, including vendor, end user, channel partner, HCP etc.
Collaborate with sales to ensure proper process and management of marketing leads to support exceptional efficient lead scoring, lead management, enhanced data quality, and improved lead quality.
Formulate the strategy, design, execution, operations of business’s lead management processes, marketing databases, marketing automation, and track the performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses in close collaboration with BU marketing teams.
Work closely with different teams to enhance marketing automation tools and work process across data collection, cross CRM, B2B, BI platform integration.
Implement and oversee the marketing governance efforts with Marketing Quality Control (insights, positioning, messaging, campaign & L3 plans) & real-world impact (test- effectivity and differentiation @ CLM data etc)
Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
To be successful in this role, you will have strong marketing skills as well as business capabilities
At least 12-15 plus years of experience in consumer marketing, OTC, digital marketing.
Proven commercial marketing experience specifically in strategy, market intelligence, social media, content development and SEO/SEM.
Excellence in Marketing Operations capabilities to drive Excellence and Governance.
Financial and analytical mindset to drive profitable Marketing P&L and use Big Data and Business Intelligence to drive opportunities and operation excellence.
Pharmaceutical marketing experience will be an added advantage
Ability to mentor/support local teams in brand and customer marketing
Analytical skills - ability to synthesize data/insights from local markets into recommendation/input to global brand strategy
Business acumen (e.g., knowledgeable in policies, practices, trends, technology)
Influencing/persuasive skills (e.g., ability to put together strong business cases)
Capability to energize and motivate a team to follow his/her direction (e.g., ability to ensure a cohesive, collaborative, high performance work team)
