Associate Designer - Liz Claiborne

Develop and design innovative and on-trend fashion pieces that align with the Liz Claiborne brand.
Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive and cohesive collections.
Conduct extensive research on current and upcoming fashion trends to incorporate into designs.
Create detailed technical sketches and spec sheets for production.
Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for production.
Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of designs.
Stay updated on industry standards and techniques to continuously improve design skills.
Maintain organization and accuracy of design files and materials.
Assist in creating mood boards and presentations for design concepts.
Attend and participate in design meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Adapt quickly to changing design needs and priorities.
Utilize feedback and direction from senior designers and managers to improve designs.
Help to develop and maintain the Liz Claiborne brand aesthetic.
Continuously seek out new and innovative design techniques and ideas.
