Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
Monitor stock levels,anticipate shortages and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Collaborate with procurement team to ensuretimely reordering of products.
Coordinate cargo or material-handling securityprocedures for hazardousgoods.
Order Fulfilment
Coordinate the picking,packing and shippingof orders to ensure timelyand accurate deliveries.
Address any discrepancies or issues relatedto order fulfilment and resolve them promptly.
Implement quality controlmeasures to ensure products are properly packagedand labelled.
Perform loading, unloading, arranging, moving consolidation and deconsolidation of cargo.
For Coordinator/Senior Coordinator, liaise with CustomerService and Supportteams and provideprogress updates to customers; arrangement for inbound and outbound shipments; check and ensureproper documentations are in placedas per local regulatory requirements (i.e. packing list, BOL etc.).
Quality Assurance
Inspect and validatestocks (SKUs, colour,size, quantity, defectsetc.) against customers'orders.
Generate supporting documentsfor non-compliance for follow-up actions.
Operational Compliance
Ensure workplace safety standards and protocols are adhered to create a safe workingenvironment for all.
For Senior Coordinator, they are also tasked to enforce these within the team.
Conduct regular safetyinspections and addressany potential hazardspromptly.
Complete all mandatory training in relationto workplace safety(e.g. 5S).
Maintain warehouse cleanliness as per localand company's standards.
Report all workplaceaccidents to Supervisor/Manager.
Adhere to corporatesocial responsibility policiesfor logistics operations.
Coordinate resolution of facilities, equipment, infrastructure and systems
breakdowns to minimizedowntime.
Report warehouse issues promptly.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with other departments/teams to complete day-to-day responsibilities as required.
Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and timely
order processing.
Insights and Reporting
Generate regular reportsand key performance metrics such as orderaccuracy, shipping timesetc.
Monitor lapse in delivery servicesand highlight to Supervisor.
Work closely with Supervisor to address performance and service gaps.
