Summary

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide legal advice
- Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals and terminations
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 2-5 years of experience in contract drafting and review
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
