Job Description
Premarketing Chemistry Associate Content Editor
We are looking for an Associate Content Editor to join our Premarketing Chemistry and Synthesis team in Chennai or Hyderabad. This is an amazing opportunity to work on the Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence database. The team consists of 28 people reporting to the Chemistry Senior Team manager. We have a great skill set in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry and Pharmacology and we would love to speak with you if you have skills analyzing scientific data and writing skills.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
• Qualification: Chemistry/B.Pharm/M.Pharm (Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutics or Pharmacology)
• Experience: 0-1 year
It would be great if you also had . . .
• Scientific writing skills
• Knowledge of pharmacological concepts
• Master in Medicinal Chemistry area
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver consistently
What will you be doing in this role?
To select and analyze relevant drug-focused articles and/or patents
• Drawing chemical compounds after analyzing the articles and patents.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex and detailed Pharma and Chemical related information from Patents/Articles
• Achieve production volume and quality targets
• Recording of performance against target
• Taking an active role within the team to ensure targets are met
• Maintain awareness of current developments in own technology areas
• Achieve and maintain consistent quality standards effective personal planning and time management
• Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach towards process change
• To take responsibility for identifying technology training and developmental needs for yourself on an on-going basis
• To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager/director on a permanent or temporary basis.
About The Team
Participates in an Editorial or Content Operations team and assists in the creation and/or acquisition, preparation and delivery of assigned content and information for creating products and product functionality in all publication media
Hours of Work
Permanent and Full-time contract (40h).
Work mode: Hybrid mode 2-3 days in the office
Work Location: Chennai or Hyderabad
