Role & responsibilities
• Pick up physical files from the warehouse/storage area as per assigned batches
• Open folders and arrange documents/pages in the correct sequence
• Review documents for completeness and basic accuracy
• Enter relevant data into Excel sheets with high accuracy
• Maintain proper tracking of files processed and handed over
• Ensure safe handling and confidentiality of documents
Skills & Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle physical documents systematically
• Basic understanding of file management and documentation
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
