Leading analysts such as Gartner, IDC, and Spend Matters have consistently recognized Sirion as a leader in CLM for its focus on category-leading innovation.Role Title: Associate-Presales Legal -Demo ServicesLocation: GurgaonAbout The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive legal professional to support our legal and compliance efforts, particularly in the context of Generative AI. This role involves reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and supporting the organization in navigating legal and regulatory risks associated with emerging AI technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data privacy laws, support internal process audits, and contribute to policy development. This is a great opportunity for someone with a legal background and a keen interest in technology, ethics, and regulatory frameworks.What Youll DoReview and draft contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.Assist in legal analysis related to AI model usage and data privacy.Support internal process evaluations in the context of GenAI outputs.Stay informed on GenAI-related laws, ethics, and compliance standards.Conduct legal research on regulatory developments and precedents.Collaborate with business and tech teams on policy and risk.Ensure organizational compliance with statutory requirements.Help draft internal legal policies around data and AI use.Liaise with external legal advisors as needed.Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.What Youll Need LLB from a recognized university.1-3 years of experience in legal practice or in-house legal support.Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and related risks.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to interpret legal documents and provide actionable insights.Exposure to QA/QCProficient in MS Office and legal research tools.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.Professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Commitment To Diversity And InclusionWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
