Responsible for:
Agent Recruitment
Agent Development
Meet Business targets
Customer Centricity
Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:
· Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
· Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company
· Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved
· Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs
· Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help the team perform
· Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs
· Track customer proposals through to conversion
Requirements
• Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).
• For AADM at least 1+ yrs. of field sales experience.
• Industries can be tapped ( Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality Automobiles, Real Estate)
• Must be localite
• Age between 25 years to 40 years
• Must have two wheeler
