This role involves translating complex scientific information into clear and engaging content, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating effectively with internal teams, freelancers, and clients. Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Development & Executional Excellence:
Conduct independent literature searches using databases such as PubMed, Medline, EMBASE, and Web of Science.
Summarize and disseminate complex scientific and clinical information accurately.
Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards and guidelines.
Deliver high-quality content with minimal revisions, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, including freelancers.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and freelancers to align deliverables with client goals.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion with high-quality output.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough research on medical topics and stay updated with the latest scientific advancements.
Interpret and analyze scientific data for inclusion in various written materials.
Audience Adaptation:
Tailor content to different target audiences, ensuring appropriate complexity and engagement.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about relevant regulatory requirements such as FDA guidelines, ICH guidelines, and other industry-specific standards.
Ensure all documents adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and credibility.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and deliver high-quality content.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough reviews of all written materials to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to branding and style guidelines.
