The Opportunity
This is a cluster role supporting two of our South Australian communities – Levande Hillsview Community (Happy Valley) and Levande The Grange Community (Grange).
Working closely with your Village Manager, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, resident experience, and ongoing improvement across both villages.
This is a hands-on, visible role where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, build strong relationships, and step in when needed.
Your Impact
Operational Support
Support the smooth running of two villages, including day-to-day operations, contractor coordination, and unit turnover.
Financial & Administration
Support budget management, billing, and administration with accuracy and accountability.
Resident Experience
Build trusted relationships with residents and their families, ensuring a positive and engaging community environment.
Leadership & Support
Work closely with your Village Manager and step in to support leadership when required.
Risk & Compliance
Support WHS, compliance, and risk management activities to ensure safe and well-run communities.
