Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring smooth transitions, proper sequencing, and overall visual coherence.
Trim, crop, and enhance videos to optimize visual appeal and storytelling.
Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and animations to enhance video content.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
Select suitable music, sound effects, and voice-overs to enhance video content.
Ensure video projects are delivered on time and meet the specified quality standards.
Continuously explore new editing techniques, software, and industry trends to enhance video production processes.
Maintain a well-organized library of video assets and project files.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style across all video content.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of video editing principles, techniques, and best practices.
Solid knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and video compression formats.
Proficient in audio editing and sound mixing.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing videos.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing work is highly desirable.
