Full Job Description
The Role:
The Training Assistant is responsible support the Associate - Training for a smooth management of the entire facilitator life cycle to ensure Antarang’s program goals are met.
The role includes training, developing & engaging facilitators by becoming a mentor and guide to the facilitators so that they excel in their role.
Responsibilities:
Training:
Manage and track email + WhatsApp communication with trainees to ensure they have all the information required to join, engage with, and complete training
Manage logistics such as tracking attendance, engagement, sharing materials, and ensuring complete training data collection etc, to help ensure maximum trainees complete training at high quality.
Maintain training database and support with taking data based decisions to improve training completion
Support trainees during and post training sessions and batches
Support principal trainer during sessions with tools, materials etc.
General:
Support team members across curriculum, program development, product development or team-building
