Job Description
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
Understand Golden Era Internationa School's mission, vision, School's values
Learn Education to the core including the spirit and vision
Demonstrate the ability to promote and sell the products
Take forward the products into the local market and meet the monthly targets
Effectively communicate the response and feedback to the management
Additional qualifications for Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
Hire right sales persons.
Provide right direction and strategies to sales executives reporting to him or her
Motivate the sales teams to meet and surpass the aggressive goals
Identify potential markets and update the management
Anchor as a channel between sales and consultancy teams
Solicit feedback from the sales and clients; share it with management.
Qualification: Graduation or Masters in any field.
Experience: 2 to 10 years.
Annual CTC: 1.8 LPA to 3 LPA
Job Timing: + AM to 2:30 PM
Week off: Sundays.
Male/Female: Both Required
