Take the lead at Myer Robina, using your people management skills and retail acumen to drive financial performance. Identify and implement strategic initiatives than enhance productivity and profitability.
About the role:
Implement store strategy and oversee business operations
Manage brand-partner relationships to ensure alignment and success
Drive financial performance by optimising space, merchandise and team productivity
Foster a high performance, customer focused culture aligned with Myer values
Lead, coach and develop teams to build capability and engagement
Coordinate operational responsibilities across the store
Champion process improvements through clear communication and role modelling
About You:
Proven experience in retail management and leading large teams
Strong business acumen and people leadership skills
Ability to adapt tactics to drive high performance and results
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Skilled in data analysis to identify growth opportunities
Committed to coaching and development
