Availability Required: Sunday - Thursday (including late night)
At Postie, our Assistant Store Managers play a key role in supporting the success of our stores – leading alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver on store targets and KPIS, and ensure smooth day store operations.
We’re looking for a confident leader who helps set the pace on the shop floor, bringing energy, initiative, and a hands-on approach to team engagement, performance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead from the front to deliver a great customer experience and set the standard for the team.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and coach the team to confidently recommend products and add-ons to build each sale.
Maintain a visible and active presence on the shop floor to support the team, manage coverage, and keep service levels high.
Set clear daily priorities and keep the team focused on driving sales and delivering on store targets and KPIs.
Ensure the store is well-presented, tidy, and aligned with Postie’s visual merchandising and company standards.
Support the day-to-day running of the store, including opening, closing, and leading the team when required.
Coach and develop the team with clear direction, feedback and recognition to build capability and confidence.
Delegate tasks effectively, hold team members accountable, and support performance and development conversations.
