We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Mount Lawley to the next level! This is a part time role, working 32.5 hours per week over a Tuesday-Saturday roster.
DECJUBA Mt Lawley is intimate, styling-focused, and relationship-driven. The DREAMTEAM prides itself on creating considered, personalised customer experiences that go beyond the transaction. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support store leadership in maintaining this elevated standard - guiding the team, refining the customer journey, and delivering AMAZING service with confidence and care. This role offers meaningful leadership exposure in a store where detail and connection matter.

You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
You’re ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.
You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional Management team.
You work closely with your Store Manager to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious!)
