Assistant Sales Manager JK Engineering and Technology

1. Candidate must be a graduate preferably having engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical/chemical with MBA
2. Should have excellent communication skill in english and local language . Hindi speaking will be an added advantage though not mandatory.
3. Should have the capability to identify potential distributors, on board them , train and motivate to achieve the target
4. Should be good in MS office
5. Must have minimum 4 to 5 years Industrial product selling
6. Candidates having experience in selling Industrial aerosol, specialty lubricants, Cleaning chemicals, welding electrodes , water treatment chemicals, cutting fluids, abrasives, cleaning equipments like Vacuum cleaner, pressure washers, pumps, valves, Scrubber and sweepers .....
8. Must be a go getter and should be target oriented
+. Desire to grow organically and desperate to earn incentives and bonus to prove his consistency in winning customers
10. Should have skills to form a team, able to motivate sales force , distributors , train, hire ,on board potential candidates and lead them to achieve the organizational goal.
