For more details: https://www.rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com Job description : Achieving desired goals: • Revenue and collection target achievement. • Product forecasting. • Ensure New Sales Productivity target per PSE as per AOP is achieved. • Drive by handholding/ coaching and monitor day to day activities of the Field Sales Team to ensure the set targets are achieved. • Analyse sales trends and come up with development plans. Network Expansion: • Strengthening for Distributor network. • Market mapping, market data collection. • Compiling and analyzing sales figures. • Collecting customer feedback and market research. • Keeping up to date with competitor’s activity Team Handling : • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets. • Worked in the market with a sales team. • Analyse sales trends and forecast the required changes in the plan on a monthly/weekly basis. • Conduct morning meetings to set the agenda for the day. • Analysis of individual sales person’s performance and support them in improving their performance. • Periodically review the performance of each Team Member and Conduct annual performance development review. Compliance: • Adhering to SHE Compliance. • To work according to company policies. • Ensuring proper and timely reporting from each team member. • Responsible for team attendance, approving leaves, sales related sign offs and sales colleague retention. Key Result Areas: • Achieving Product Sales Collection. • Adhering to SHE Compliance. • Expanding Distribution/Retail Network. • Develop Manage Sales Team and Sales colleague retention. • Reporting and other compliance. Competencies (Skills essential to the role): • Excellent Sales knowledge, Negotiation skills and Excellent communication. • Good business sense planning and organisational skills. • People Skills - ability to motivate and lead a team. • Delivering Results - Achieving Sales Targets, Adherence to timelines. • Managing Self - Organized, Composed and emphasises on continuous self development. • Working with Others - Open, approachable, and supportive to team members and Colleagues • Displaying Leadership - Develop team, training, coaching, and mentoring. • Functional - Technically sound, Good understanding of Business Processes (DSP / Channel sales / Safety Compliance) Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) in a related area and at least 6 years Product Retail Sales Should be an excellent individual performer with prior experience of team handling Should have experience in Product Retail Sales Distribution Channel.
