Assistant Sales Manager

Job Opening Title: Asst. Sales Manager Salary: INR 3 to 5 lpa (fixed) + Variable Location: Noida No. of Openings: 5 Summary: HedgeHomes, a leading real estate consulting firm based in Noida, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a 1-2 year of sales experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a driven and talented sales professional who is eager to take on a new challenge and help us continue our growth and success. Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through direct enquiries and present the company's services and offerings - Understand clients' needs and requirements, and offer expert advice and guidance on suitable properties from our verified list of options - Accompany clients on site visits and provide comprehensive information on the pros and cons of each location, helping them make informed decisions - Assist in closing sales, finalize all necessary paperwork, and hand over to the post-sales team for seamless service delivery - Support business development activities through active lead nurturing, developing long-lasting relationships with prospects, and maximizing sales opportunities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions using our cloud-based CRM system - Build, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team that consistently meets or exceeds sales targets - Report daily sales activities, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales results to management, keeping them informed of progress and areas for improvement Requirements: - An experience in B2C sales is a plus. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage and persuade clients and prospects - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a willingness to adapt and learn - A team player mentality, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, support staff, and stakeholders Compensation & Benefits: - A competitive salary package, with performance-based bonuses and incentives - Complete training and support to develop the skills and knowledge required for success in the real estate industry - Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within a dynamic and expanding company As an organization, we value hard work, creativity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
