An assistant restaurant manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant. They are responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities
Staff management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance
Scheduling: Create weekly schedules for staff
Conflict resolution: Handle conflicts between staff members and customers
Customer service: Ensure staff provide excellent customer service
Inventory management: Manage inventory levels
Financial management: Handle cash handling, invoicing, and reporting
Food safety: Ensure food and drinks are prepared and served according to company standards
Standard operating procedures: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for staff
Skills
Leadership: Have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate staff
Communication: Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Management: Have strong management skills and be able to handle stressful situations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
