We are currently hiring Assistant Professor & Technical Trainer | Electronics & Computer Science Engineering (ECSE)
Are you passionate about bridging the gap between hardware and software? Do you love shaping the next generation of engineers while keeping your hands dirty with real-world tech?
We are looking for an Assistant Professor & Technical Trainer in Electronics & Computer Science Engineering to join our dynamic faculty. This unique role blends academic excellence with hands-on industry training, forcing a shift away from rote learning toward project-based mastery.
Key Responsibilities
• Academic Delivery: Teach core and advanced undergraduate/postgraduate courses in the intersection of Electronics and CS (e.g., Embedded Systems, IoT architecture, VLSI, Edge AI, and Computer Architecture).
• Hands-on Training: Design and execute bootcamps, hackathons, and skill-development workshops focused on industry-ready tools (Firmware development, PCB design, Microcontrollers, RTOS).
• Mentorship: Guide student capstone projects, research publications, and technical club activities.
• Curriculum Innovation: Update lab manuals and course content to align with shifting semiconductor and software industry demands.
Who You Are (Requirements)
• Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree (M.Tech/M.E./MS) in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or an integrated ECSE branch.
• Technical Toolkit: Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python, Verilog/VHDL, MATLAB, and hands-on experience with hardware platforms like ARM, ESP32, STM32, or FPGAs.
• Mindset: An educator who acts like a mentor. You care more about what students can build than what they can memorize.
• Experience: Prior experience in teaching or corporate training is highly preferred. Fresh PhDs and M. Tech with a strong portfolio of projects/publications are welcome to apply.
