Ruby General Hospital is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Professor & Sister Tutor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing teaching and guidance to nursing students, as well as providing clinical supervision to nursing staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide teaching and guidance to nursing students in the classroom and clinical settings
• Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff
• Develop and implement teaching plans and curricula
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
• Monitor student progress and provide support
• Maintain accurate records of student performance
• Participate in faculty meetings and other professional development activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in nursing education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current trends in nursing education
