Where Leadership Meets Magic
As an Assistant Manufacturing Manager, you’ll play a key supporting role in the end-to-end operations of a Krispy Kreme production site, helping bring our worldfamous doughnuts to life every day. Partnering with the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll contribute to smooth operations, support high food safety and quality standards, and coach and guide team members to help them succeed.
This is a handson leadership role for someone who thrives in a fastmoving environment where people, performance and production come together to deliver delicious results, every time
Your Recipe for Success:
Support the efficient execution of the daily production schedule, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full
Action and share key communications from support office, customers, and partners with the team
Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards (QCPs, GMP), addressing any risks promptly
Manage order fulfilment administration (EBS) and timekeeping records
Help manage staffing levels to balance workflow efficiency with labour budgets
Contribute to team communication forums (DDS, team briefings, feedback sessions)
Support key focus areas such as manufacturing efficiency, inventory, and capability building

Proven leadership experience in food manufacturing or a related industry
Strong capability managing teams, production plans and operational budgets
Solid knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP and WHS standards
Strong problemsolving, decisionmaking and communication skills
