Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations for Royal Enfield Genuine Motorcycle Accessories. Your
role will encompass Warehouse Operations Management, SLA Internal External Customers, SBP
Management, FPA, TAT, 3PL Coordination Floor / Team Management, Inter Department Coordinations,
Inventory Tracking / Monitoring, Packaging Material Planning, etc.Strategic Sourcing role will encompass
sourcing, cost negotiation and delivery of new Motorcycle Accessory products. The role manages all
processes from design release through produced parts, and ensures stock availability for dealer network
to order.
Key Responsibilities
● Planning of Daily Inward with Buyers Other Warehouses.
● Receipts to Timely GRN / Put-Away.
● Inventory Management, Cycle Count, Bin Audits.
● Order Processing, Backorder Management, Timely Dispatch Delivery Tracking with Logistics Team /
Transport Partners.
● Customer Complaint, Deviation Management, Debit/Credit Processes.
● Managing the SAP - WH operations from Receipts to Dispatches.
● Liaising with 3PL team in troubleshooting with SAP activities.
● Overseeing all Warehouse activities.
● Safety 5S Management.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and legal compliances.
● Stay up-to-date with Safety regulations.
● Timely claim management and insurance processes.
● Implementing good practices and industry standards.
● Research and suggest cost-effective solutions.
● Operational MIS.
● Timely Unloading / GRN.
● Product Labeling / MRP.
● Inventory Accuracy / Cycle Count / Bin Audits.
● Order To Dispatch / First Pick Availability / Overall Order Management TAT.
● Customer Complaint Resolution / Root Cause Analysis Corrective Measurements.
● Safety, Statutory Compliances.
● Vendor / 3PL Service Management, Timely Payments.
Work Experience
Education
● B.E or Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant field is a plus
Experience
● 5-7 years in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant field is a plus
● Proven work experience in Warehouse Operation Management
● Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Inventory Outward Management in similar type of WH
● Good knowledge of SAP-MM, Microsoft office, Communication Skill (interpersonal, written reports, presentation, etc.)
● Efficient Multitasking abilities.
● Adaptable to business changes scenarios
