What you’ll do
Purpose/Objective



We are seeking an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
The role involves managing hiring requirements, coordinating with business stakeholders, supporting HR Shared Services (HRSS), and ensuring smooth HR operations while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and defined TATs.
Key Responsibilities of Role



- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Units to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), internal databases, and referrals.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously, including field and corporate roles.
- Support recruitment for critical and leadership-level positions as required.

Qualifications and Experience



Educational Qualifications - MBA (HR) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Management or related field Preferred Experience - Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Corporate environments - Exposure to large employee base (200+ employees) - Experience handling both Field & Corporate hiring Key Attributes - Strong communication and coordination skills - Detail-oriented with high data accuracy - Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments - Problem-solving and employee-centric mindset - Team-oriented with strong follow-up skills
