Job Responsibility

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Application maintenance & support. Troubleshooting, Oracle SQL

•Should have knowledge of UNIX, Linux & windows platform knowledge.

•Environment setup, support, monitoring of applications based on Unix machines

•Perform environment technical and functional sanity

•Initiating and managing communication to Vendors and Partners regarding actual Problem- and Service Requests

•Good Hand on experience in Defect, Incident & Problem Management

•Good in soft skills & communication.
