Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the Pigment or Chemical industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, coordinating order execution, following up on payments, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments to achieve timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and support business development activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
• Regular follow-up with customers for purchase orders and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the Production Department for timely manufacturing and order planning.
• Liaise with the Dispatch & Logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for outstanding receivables and payment follow-ups.
• Regularly update customers regarding production status and delivery schedules.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and technical discussions whenever required.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
Educational Qualification
• MBA in Marketing or
• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institute.
Experience
• 2–3 years of experience in the Pigment, Dyes, Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Paints, Plastics, Masterbatch, or related industries.
• Experience in B2B industrial marketing will be preferred.
Required Skills

• Knowledge of industrial marketing and sales processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
