blacklisting)
 Store wise monthly Sales performance - Target vs actual - rolling forecast
(inventory to be changed accordingly)
 Store requirement - Gaps in Assortment Group level, category gap.
 Inward to secondary sales - TA/Follow-up , PO pendency to be highlighted and
closed with account manager.
 Tracking pick list to delivery lead time and incorporate same in rolling forecast.
 Mid-Season IST/Pull back.
 Minimise system leakages in terms of SOH, Sale and SIT.
