This position will be leading business development activity and assist leasing team to maximise occupancy for the assigned Commercial office portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
Implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s commercial portfolio. Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents. Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost. Managing lease management functions. Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support. Support Manager, Leasing in preparing annual rental budgets, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing. At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing in the same industry. Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts. Strong business development, presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
