Position: Assistant Manager Legal Qualification: CS,LLB,LLM Experience: 4 to 6 years Location: Mumbai(Bhandup/Mulund) Job description • Desired candidate profile – LLB/ LLM with 4 to 6 years exposure with Corporate or Law Firms. (CS qualification will be an added advantage) • Location: Preferably the candidate should be located within 10 to 15 km. radius from CMS - Bhandup HO • The candidate should be having the following exposures: Responsibilities : • Drafting and vetting contracts, agreements primarily relating to IT Industries including review of Tender Documents, RFP floated by various State Govt. Statutory Bodies • Handling pan India Litigation matters, including Civil Suits, Arbitration petition filed by against the Co. in various Courts across India including Arbitrator, City Civil Court, High Court, Supreme Court, MSME Council, and Labour Commissioner. • Handling pan India Criminal cases including filing FIR and/ or defending the Company in FIRs filed against the Co and its Directors/ Officers and representing the Company before Local and outside the state Police Stations courts. • Exposure to review pan India property matters including review of title deeds, sale deeds, lease deeds, leave license agreements etc. including litigations relating thereto. • Co-ordination with various Advocates, Legal Advisors across India and attending the Court Cases and keeping track of the ongoing legal cases. • Inter Departmental Co-ordination with Business Team, HR Admin team operating from various regional offices across India for addressing legal issues, agreements etc., • Preparing legal MIS for management discussion Read more
