Role responsibilities
5-7 years of experience in labour law or other advisory in HR matters.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide advisory on labour law matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, and compliance with labour regulations.
• Work with assigned counsel representing TP in labour disputes, negotiations, and litigation (other than key litigation);
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on labour law issues; and
• Work with HR compliance team in implementation of changes in labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
