In Human Nutrition & Health Solutions, we offer food ingredients & premix solutions to nutrition.

Job Summary:
To ensure smooth functioning of all instrumentation, through preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance management of field instrumentation, Managing project instrumentation work, Modification and other instrumentation work of the specified area.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintenance activities of all types of instruments.
• Instrumentation design/selection/procurement/commissioning for new projects/modifications.
• Maintenance and upkeep of various analysers / environment control instruments.
• Active contribution to 5S and TPM.
• Optimization of departmental inventory, budgetary planning and reduces the R&M cost.
• Development of In-house resources & skill to reduce dependability on OEM.
• Compliance to IMS /RCMS requirements
• Preparation of SOP for quick revival & trouble shooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA System.
The Person:
• Educational Qualifications:
• B. E / B. Tech – Instrumentation / I&C/ Electronics with 6-10 years of experience. Preferably in Chemical process industry.
• Experience:
• Software and Hardware trouble shooting skills on modern DCS preferably Yokogawa, PLC/SCADA & SIS/ESD for large chemical Plant.
• Well versed with complex process control, equipment protection & safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of PLC/VFD programming and troubleshooting.
• Good hand on experience on various make filed instrumentation and control instrumentation systems.
