Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources based in Patna. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the HR team to oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage employee engagement initiatives, support training and development programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also involves handling performance management, maintaining employee records, and contributing to strategic workforce planning to align with business goals.

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• Skills in Employee Engagement, Training, and Development
• Knowledge of Compliance, Labor Laws, and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Workforce Planning
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative team environment
• Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
