Job role - Assistant Manager Human Resources
Location - Pune, MH - Baner
Experience - 5+ years
Shift timing: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST
• People pulse awareness
• Stakeholder management
• Attrition management
• Managing escalations and employee grievances effectively
• Effective and on-time documentation of relevant HR activities/interventions
• Ensuring policy/process/code of conduct adherence
• Ability to maintain performance, consistency, and effectiveness whilst under pressure
• Strong work ethic and commitment through taking personal responsibility and ownership where required
• Decision-making ability under duress
• Excellent organizational skills and high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Attention to detail
