Job Description

Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition
• Reviewing Resumes and Applications
• Conducting recruitment interviews
• Working with recruitment agencies/headhunters to source candidates for specific job positions
• Onboarding Process
• Training new and existing employees
• Handling and managing all HR records.
• Handling exit process and final settlement of exit employees
• Regular updating of processes/rules and regulations.
• Payroll Support
• Managing attendance and ensure workforce punctuality
• Addressing and resolving grievance or queries that employees have
• Asset Management
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
• Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
• Initiate and conduct employee developmental activities and ensure continuous development of team.

Qualifications
• Graduate / Post Graduate in HR
• Experience: 8 to 10 years in HR in handling HR responsibilities and a small to medium sized organization, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing company.
Language Proficiency: English, Kannada & Hindi
