Job Description
Job Title- Assistant Manager- Graphic Designer
Location- Kolkata
Candidates from- FMCG/ Beauty/ D2C Brands are preferred
Job description:-
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Working on designs for website, social media content, image selection, paid ads, Ecom banners (one/two of the mentioned areas)
• Produce sketches, mood boards rough to visualize ideas
• Working on designs to produce effective advertising campaigns
• Develop artistic concepts with the team
• Come up with new product launch campaign designs
• Produce art layouts by developing visual concepts
• Review and visualize graphic materials appropriate for our brand
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Desired Candidate Profile:
At Least 4 years experience in graphics design
• Interested in the world of beauty and skincare
• Believe in the brand visuals & it aligns with your creative juices
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
• Candidates having prior experience in beaty and D2C preferred.
Skills:
• Bachelors degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline preferred. (NIFT, MIT, or Shrishti preferred)
• An aesthetic sense & creative vision
• Exceptional capability with typography, color, layout, and prototyping
• Multimedia content development
• The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to create content that aligns with the brand profile
• Must come up with original visuals and designs that reflect passion and knowledge
