Job Description:
GM Analytics Solutions is looking for Assistant Manager- Finance. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 8 years of experience in handling financial accounting: A/P, A/R, budgeting, and finalization of financial statements as per provisions of US GAAP, UK GAAP and IFRS. Candidates with additional knowledge of overseas accounting and tax regulations will be preferred. This experience and skills will enable the candidate to handle Company and its clients financial accounting requirements.
Minimum Required Qualification
B.Com/ M.com/ MBA in Finance & Accounts
Experience Range:
6 - 8 years
Educational Qualifications:
B.Com, M.Com/ MBA
Job Responsibilities:
• Accounting & Reporting
• People Management
• Direct responsible for the Indian and Overseas Companies accounting process
• Monitoring of AP/AR Process
• Monitoring of Timeline and Quality of Reports
• Supervising Monthly book closing activities
• Review of monthly and annual Financial Statements of the Company under US GAAP and UK GAAP reporting standards.
• Review of financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
• Coordination with the team and US Stateside partners for queries resolutions
• Ensure up to date and accurate records of financial accounts and reporting
• Defining Internal Control policies and procedures and ensuring a strong control environment
• Review of Direct & Indirect monthly costs
• Responsible for monthly processing of the payroll
• Audit and Compliances
• Supervision and co-ordination of Statutory Audit, tax audit, and transfer pricing with the auditing firm
• Ensuring compliance with Company law and all other Statutory requirements like direct and indirect taxation
Skills Required:
Financial Statements, Accounting, Balance Sheet, Management Information Systems (MIS), Financial Reporting, Finalization of Accounts, IFRS, Statutory Compliances, Indian Taxation, GAAP,
Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, demonstrated analytical skills with high attention to detail.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a natural ability to multi-task and strong communication and leadership skills.
A confident individual & should have high energy levels, a naturally inquisitive and action-oriented mindset, high standards, and an eye for detail.
An ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations.
