Role summary
The Digital Campaign position will play a critical role in managing all aspects of paid digital campaigns, across social, display, mobile, and programmatic channels for Sannam S4 partners in India and the Southeast Asia Region. The role will require close work with the Marketing Leadership and the Digital Enrolment solutions team based out in India, the UK, and the US to plan, set up, optimise, and analyse digital marketing campaigns. The role will also involve reporting on performance metrics and optimisation of ads so that we achieve the numbers as per the scope of the campaign.
Responsibilities
• Plan and launch thematic campaigns tailor made to partners' goals. Manage paid digital campaigns and have experience across multiple digital channels including Quora, Twitter, Email marketing, programmatic, and others for India/SEA Region for the student community
• Liaise with designers and external agencies to ensure the campaign creative is conceptualised and approved to the internal and external stakeholder's satisfaction. This will need content modelling as well.
• Plan and develop an A/B testing strategy to reduce acquisition costs and increase Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) for our partners.
• Define and report key metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Work Experience
• Have at least 4-7 years experience of previous digital campaign management experience, preferably running campaigns for International Higher Educational Institutions. Candidates with experience at a marketing agency or EdTech firms are also welcome to apply.
• Experience in running digital campaigns in India and SEA Region.
• Have familiarity with Google Analytics, link tracking, conversion pixels/tags, online attribution concepts, and other reporting tools like databox
• Have extensive experience in managing and executing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Email Marketing, Quora, Outbrain, etc.
