Position Title Sr. Executive/Assistant manager - Accounts

• JOB PURPOSE
Responsible of Subsidiary of GFL SITUATED IN Morocco/Dubai
• Reporting to:
This position will report to Senior Manager - Accounts & MIS
• PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities Major Activities Key
Performance
Indicators
Accounting
Monthly/
Quarterly
& Annually
audit
• Processing vendor invoices, bank payments, and monthly/quarterly
general ledger closing entries.
• Performing inventory valuation and ensuring accuracy of inventory
accounting records.
• Managing quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial closing
activities, including preparation of financial statements.
• Independently handling statutory including coordination with
auditors and timely resolution of audit queries.
• Preparing data and reconciliations for quarterly VAT return filings.
• Supporting annual local statutory audits and country-specific tax
return filings support to consultants and tax authorities.
• Collaborating with factory operations teams and business
leadership to obtain required information, resolve accounting
issues, and support all finance and compliance-related activities.

• Monthly profitability
• Preparing Monthly Overheads report.
• Monthly Accounts receivable/payable report
Timely release of
the reports to
the Management
• SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
B.com/M.com/Inter CA with 3 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing industry of having turnover
at least Rs.500 Crore
Functional Skills
Sound working knowledge in SAP
Understanding of accounting GAAP & IND AS will be added advantage.
Excellent command over Microsoft Excel
Strong Analytical skills
Good Communication & Presentation skills.
