Job Description
Day to day accounting entries and / or reconciliation.
- Review of Internal control & procedures.
- Review of statutory compliance by dept. / other related
to local regulations.
- Compliance with IT / TDS / PT etc including timely
preparation / submission of relevant returns & statutory
payment thereof.
- Leading the statutory audit and Liaisoning with statutory
auditors / cost auditors etc for compliance.
- Coordinating and preparing necessary applications /
documents / data / MIS etc. pertaining to credit limits sanctioned.
- Carry out internal audit of depots / factory.
- Preparation / generation of MIS / Reports as advised /
required by the management from time to time.
- Support for compliances with Company law requirements.
- Support to banking Operations.
