Job Description
We Are Hiring For #Kosamba (Gujarat) @Assistant Maintenance Manager #Free of Cost.
Designation: Assistant Maintenance Manager
Qualification: ITI/Diploma/BE ( Electrical - Electronics )
Industry : Solar Panel Manufacturing
Experience : 3 to 6 years in Panels Manufacturing
Salary Bracket: 35k TO 50k
Time: Rotation shift
Key Responsibility:
• Expertise in Plant Maintenance, Preventive
Maintenance, Plant Automation, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Trouble shooting, Maintenance Planning, Breakdown Analysis, Manufacturing Execution system, Documentation.
• Installation & Commissioning of solar panel manufacturing Fully automatic Production line, Solve the Electrical and Mechanical problem through trouble shooting with interdepartmental co-ordination with minimum time, Planning resource and manpower for execution of planned shutdown up to completion & its startup.
• Good understanding of electrical drawing, Short out the problem of drive (Delta, Innovancxe, Servotronics, Siemens),Working on electronics component like Reed switch, Proximity sensor, Elecrtoncs card, Working in pneumatics gantry, Managing and Execution of Preventive Maintenance of Machine when plant shutdown.
• Analysing the data and make MTBF and MTTR, Guiding the maintenance team for implementing best maintenance strategy for plant to minimise the breakdown time. Doing toolbox talk with maintenance team for better improvement of knowledge. Coordinate with inter department for improving the production line.
