As an Insurance Advisor, you will help customers choose the right life insurance plans based on their financial goals and protection needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential customers. Explain life insurance products and their benefits. Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer needs. Assist clients with policy applications and documentation. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Provide after-sales service, including policy renewals and claim support. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining ethical business practices. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduation preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and willing to learn. Basic smartphone and internet knowledge. Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
