Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Hotel Manager located in Haridwar. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth functioning and an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include managing customer service standards, coordinating with various departments, supervising staff operations, handling budgets, and assisting with sales and marketing efforts. Additionally, the role includes overseeing food and beverage services, ensuring efficient receptionist duties, and managing front-desk operations.

Qualifications
• Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties management skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Sales to guide financial and revenue-related operations
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage services and their effective coordination
• Ability to manage a team, solve problems effectively, and adapt to dynamic situations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred -
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and guest-centric approaches
