2. Create PPAP documents of the program & update as per Phase wise. Knowledge of creating

PFD, FMEA, CP, Work Instructions, SOP, process qualification, SPC, MSA,

3. Manage shopfloor activities during Development events parts manufacturing from Incoming

material management to FG handover to Logistics. Must be available to work in Shifts (1/2/3)

as per requirement during development events parts manufacturing.

4. Handle manpower provided to manufacture parts during development events parts

manufacturing & create/ update reports for manufacturing/ Inspection done.

5. Ensure ECN/ECR/EO Implementation & display of documents on lines/ machines when

development parts run for manufacturing.

6. Ensure Quality documents & Quality of Parts during development parts manufacturing.

Knowledge of Quality is Must & Quality Documents is Must.

7. Maintains PPAP documentation folders.

Must be OK to work in shifts (1/2/3) as per need we can

request during manufacturing of development parts.

Knowledge of Development processes followed in Tier-1

working for OEM’s Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki, VW, Ford,

M&M, TATA.
