Assistant Fashion Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant Fashion Designer role located in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Assistant Fashion Designer will work closely with Rashi Kapoor and our production team to assist in the development of fashion collections and products. The role requires a strong foundation in the fashion industry, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in Fashion Design
Strong sketching and design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
Good understanding of fabrics, material, and garment construction
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, follow direction and take constructive critique, and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
