We are looking for an experienced Factory Operations Manager from the FMCG industry to manage end-to-end factory operations. The role involves overseeing production, quality, procurement, cost control, and team management while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage entire factory operations including production, dispatch, and manpower handling
Ensure Quality Assurance and compliance with industry standards and certifications
Handle production planning as per demand forecasts
Manage budgeting and cost control to improve operational efficiency
Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage
Oversee procurement of raw materials and coordination with vendors
Manage stores and inventory effectively
Ensure strict adherence to safety management and workplace compliance
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Sales, SCM, Accounts, etc.)
Lead, motivate, and build a high-performing team
Conduct training & development programs and ensure required certifications
Handle dispatch planning and execution
Maintain workforce discipline, attendance, and performance
Qualifications & Experience
Graduation with Engineering degree (mandatory)

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in factory operations (preferred)
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety norms
Proven experience in team leadership and factory management
