Sportskeeda started off as a multi-sport Indian sports website and has grown into a global sports destination for sports fans from around the world. We serve latest, engaging sports and entertainment content to over 60 Mn readers every month from India, US, UK and many other international markets. Over the years, Sportskeeda has built a brilliant team of content creators from US, UK, India and many other countries. The Opportunity
Location: Remote
Experience: 1-3 years of experience
Nature of Employment: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Working with the content manager to grow static content across the baseball vertical.
• Benchmarking Sportskeeda's content coverage vis-a-vis competition and work on actionable points to provide the best content experience to the users while building content authority.
• Keeping in contact with the writers and helping them with bringing out the right style and form of content.
• Scouting MLB content over various platforms (web, social media, forums) in multiple formats (audio, video, text) to help the team in developing articles in real-time.
• Helping the writers out with headlines and titles of articles.
• Keeping an eye on the latest MLB trends and stories across the league, while also up to date with the latest developments in the professional and personal lives of prominent players and personnel across the leagues.
• Developing repositories with regards to content sources, podcasts, journalists, websites, forums, etc.
• Working closely with the Content Manager with regards to R&D, developing data-driven insights, carrying analysis across various levels, etc.
