Assistant Co-ordinator

Conduct monthly floor moves and weekly edits to make certain deliveries look fresh, new, and exciting
Monitor best and worst sellers and check stockroom levels weekly for focus on pieces that may need an extra push
Touch base with specialists and co-ops early to get feedback on sales
Maintain relationships and open communication with all managers in weekly or daily touch basis
Train stock specialist and associates on how items should be represented
Ensure specialist and sales team have necessary tools
Build relationships with teams in order to answer questions and concerns
Track stores month-to-date performance and set attainable weekly and daily goals to help achieve plans
Stay informed of current state of business for accounts
Run Financial and HR reports for teams and provide initial analysis as necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
