Experience: Min 2 years post-qualification
Role Overview
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 years of post-qualification experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, reconciliations, and support US GAAP reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in general ledger management.
Key Responsibilities
• Record and review day-to-day Journal Entries (JEs) in accordance with accounting standards
• Perform Flux (variance) analysis and provide commentary on key movements
• Reconcile Indian GAAP (IGAAP) books with US GAAP reporting requirements
• Process and record Accounts Payable (AP) invoices
• Handle bank documentation related to export of services, including compliance requirements
• Support preparation and review of Income Statement and Balance Sheet
• Conduct analysis and reconciliations, as required
• Assist with audits and reporting requirements
Qualifications & Skills
• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Solid knowledge of GL accounting, financial statements, and reconciliations
• Experience with journal entries and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
